Principal Consultant - James Marsh

James Marsh is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has developed and delivered training on Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Inventory Management, Design Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, Auditing Processes and many others. He has consulted for multiple business sectors and in many sizes of organisation from global through to Small to Medium Sized Enterprizes (SMEs). He also has over 17 years experience of developing, managing and supporting projects both in the UK and internationally.

Prior to setting up Green Lean Solutions, James was a Senior Academic and industry consultant at Sheffield Hallam University. He also worked for 8 years as a Supply Chain team leader and project manager at BAE Systems, working on numourous internal and external supplier improvement projects for the Eurofighter Typhoon Programme

James has a BEng in Engineering and Business Studies and is currently reading for a Phd in "Environmental Lean Six Sigma and its development into an environmental business improvement approach"

In the last year James has provided Lean Six SIgma services for Rolls Royce / Turbine Surface Technologies based in Nottinghamshire and training at the 2nd Inventory Management Masterclass in Kuala Lumpur. He has also provided a Six Sigma Green Belt training programme for Zest Group in the Netherlands.
